Terms of use
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Loom, which today is a private, invite-only beta run by Tulyx. By using Loom you accept these terms. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
It is a beta
Loom is under development. It may change, have faults or stop without notice, and it is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Your account
You come in by invitation. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. You must give us true information and tell us if you think someone else has entered your account.
Your data
What you enter in your pipeline is yours. For your account data Loom is the controller; for your pipeline data Loom acts on your behalf: it processes it only to give you the service, does not read it and deletes it when you ask. The detail is in the Privacy notice.
You can ask at any time for your account or workspace to be deleted by writing to support@tulyx.com.mx.
Acceptable use
Do not use Loom for illegal activity, to attack or overload the service, to try to reach other workspaces' data, or to store data you have no right to process.
Agents and integrations
If you connect an agent, a calendar or another integration, the data you share leaves Loom for that provider, which has its own rules. You do so at your own responsibility.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Loom is not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data during the beta.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Mexico City.
We may change these terms and assign Loom to a third party or a future entity; we will publish the new version here, with its date. If you disagree with a change, you can ask us to delete your account.
