Privacy notice

Last updated October 14, 2026

Loom is a private, invite-only beta run by Tulyx. This notice is a work in progress: we will complete it with the controller's identification details before Loom opens to the public. Until then, any privacy matter is handled at support@tulyx.com.mx.

This notice explains what data Loom keeps, why, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

  • Your account data: name, email address, password (we keep only an encrypted hash, never the password), language, time zone and preferences.
  • The pipeline data you or your team enter: accounts, contacts, deals, notes, next steps and products.
  • The minimum technical data to run the service: sessions, error records without the content of your pipeline, and aggregate usage counts.

Only to give you the service: signing you in, showing your pipeline, sending account-safety emails (for example, resetting your password), keeping the service available and fixing faults. We do not sell data, run advertising or profile anyone.

The people who run Loom do not access the content of your pipeline. There is no admin screen to view it, it is not written to logs, and faults are reproduced with synthetic data, not yours. The only usage we collect is aggregate numbers.

To be clear: whoever operates the service holds the database credentials, so the promise is that we do not look and that the system is built so we cannot do it by accident. It is not a cryptographic guarantee.

You can access your data, correct it, cancel it or object to its use. You can ask at any time for your account or workspace to be deleted by writing to support@tulyx.com.mx; we handle it ourselves without reading your content.

What we delete disappears from the live database. It may remain for up to 30 days in the encrypted backups, which delete themselves after that.

To run Loom we work with these providers:

  • Vercel
  • Supabase
  • GitHub
  • Resend

We use only necessary cookies: your session, your language and your theme. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask you to accept them.

If we change this notice we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If a change alters what we use your data for, we will tell you before it applies.
